Found this book at a book sale earlier this year and it had this newspaper clipping inside.
Text says: “UNIDENTIFIED FLYING OBJECT of the the flying saucer variety was photographed on Oct, 16, 1957, when it hovered for 15 minutes near Holloman Air Development, Alamogordo, N.M. The picture was released today by the Ariel Phonomon Research Organization. The photographer, who must remained unidentified, used a 135 Pony camera; speed, 150th of a second, st f.16. The APRO offered co convention explanation for the object.”
I couldn’t really find much else about this case though so who knows if it’s real. Just taking it at face value for now 🤷🏽♂️
