UAP Stealth Tactics

Radar can detect the range and bearing of an object relative the radar antennas position and rotation angle. It can determine speed, heading, and altitude with multiple observations over a short of time. If NHI had little to no knowledge about artificial man made sensors like radar, they would default to deploying stealth tactics that would fool our biological sensors. The sensors we trust most being our eyes and ears. If their craft can maneuver and navigate our world at ludicrous speeds without experiencing the affects of air or water, their best tactic to avoid detection is constant motion and high speed. It’s there zooming in front of your eyes for mere seconds and gone before you realize it. Most people would just wave it off like maybe it was never there. A more likely explanation is a foreign government engaged in psyops against an adversary has submersible, satellite, and land mounted RGBW laser emitters that can literally ‘draw’ a UAP and make it move in impossible ways. Just a mirage made to mess your head.
